Meet Our Staff !!
Joe White
Joe White is an engineering graduate of UNC Charlotte. He is certified in refrigeration by the EPA. He attended the Vance-Granville Community College heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration program and earned his HVAC license from the NC State Board of Examiners . Joe has over 30 years of experience in customer service, project management, business, and electro-mechanical devices. Joe also served in the US Army Signal Corps where he began his career in electronics repairing micro-wave radios in South Korea
Donna White
Donna White, Joe's wife, is the matriarch of the family. After raising a large family, she is now the office manager, dispatcher, and partner in the company. Donna is an organizational expert. She makes sure your job is done on-time and completely. She doesn't realize it. But, she is really the Boss !!!
Shaun White
Shaun White is our lead technician and the 3rd partner in the company. He grew up in the area. Shaun graduated from Franklinton High School and has advanced training in heating, cooling, and refrigeration at Vance-Granville community college. He has over 10 years professional experience repairing appliances and repairing/replacing heating and air conditioning systems in the Raleigh-Cary-Durham NC area. Shaun has attended Subzero, Carrier, and Rheem factory training. He has superb brazing skills which makes him the team's sealed system expert.
Martin Fuller
Martin Fuller is a graduate of Louisburg high school. After several years working with City of Raleigh Water And Sewer Department, Martin joined us in summer, 2013. In addition to successfully completing a 1 year apprenticeship with us, he is currently expanding his knowledge at Vance-Granville Community College studying Heating, Cooling, Refrigeration Technology. Martin is Joe and Donna's son-in-law, married to Melissa, their youngest daughter. What's something exciting your business offers? Say it here.
